Non-Declinable Service of Funeral Director & Staff

Our fee for the services of Funeral Director and Staff includes, but not limited to: Staff to respond to initial request for services, arrangement conference with family or responsible party, arrangement of funeral, preparation of necessary authorization and permits, preparation and placement of obituary notices, staff assistance prior to, during, and following the services being rendered, including coordination with those providing other portions of the funeral, i.e. cemetery, crematory, and others. Also included in this charge are the overhead expenses relative to our facility, such as insurance, maintenance, and utility expenses, secretarial and administrative cost, and equipment and inventory expenses.

This fee for our basic services will be added to the total cost of the funeral arrangement you select. (This fee is already included in our charges for immediate burials, Direct Cremations, forwarding/receiving of remains charges)

Embalming

Except in certain special cases embalming is not require by law. Embalming may be necessary, however if you select certain funeral arrangements, such as a funeral with viewing. If you do not want embalming, you usually have the right to choose and arrangement which does not require you to pay for it, such as a direct cremation or an immediate burial.
