Brandy Lynette Knorr was born in Abilene, Texas on August 29, 1962. She passed away in Fresno on January 14, 2019 at the age of 56. Brandy was a very kind and unique soul, She was a lot of things to many people anyone who met Brandy was welcome and treated as family. She had a gift to love people instantly and wholeheartedly. She saw the good in everyone.She never had a bad attitude, always helped without a hesitation, simply a part of everyone's lives that made it easier to breathe and see the positive side of life. A wonderful loving mother to more than her own two spontaneous and fun-loving children. A devoted, enchanting and charming wife to her best friend, her confidant, her kindred spirit of a husband whose love will never end. A consistent friend and matriarch to any and all who needed a guiding hand or a sturdy shoulder to lean on. Brandy has been known as the Fresno Gem and Mineral Society’s (FGMS) answer lady. As Secretary for the past three years, she has been involved in almost every aspect of the club, she worked to assure that each year was better than the year before and supported the club and member needs with passion with her very own personal touch. Her loss will be felt in every aspect of the club. The work she did was a labor of love in every respect. Brandy had many talents and crafty skills, an imaginative mind to never leave a day without sunshine, laughter, and smiles in her wake. As her family we ask for you to remember all the good memories and to share them so she carries on in spirit. Laugh, smile, even cry a little. That was her legacy to keep everyone light hearted and feeling loved. In this time where it seems the sun will never shine bright enough, she would want us all to remember being silly is okay, and that laughing and smiling will get you through another day. So let’s honor her the way she would want, not lingering on regrets or inconsolable questions, don’t keep the dark clouds in your mind, but keep her in our hearts with good memories and the happiness she left shining on in this dreary world. She is survived by her husband Ronald D. Knorr of Fresno; son Ronnie Knorr of Fresno; daughter Megan Sepeda of Fresno; sister Sherry Deutscher of Newbury Park, CA; brothers Michael Elrod and Rusty Elrod both of Fresno; grandchildren Angel and Violet Rojo. A Catholic Prayer Service will be held at Chapel of the Light Funeral Home on Saturday, January 26, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Fresno Breakfast House, 2085 W. Bullard Avenue in Fresno at 12:15p.m. following services.
