In Loving Memory of Imelda Martinez Imelda S. Martinez, 66, passed away on April 14, 2022 due to a brave battle with cancer. She was born on March 20, 1956 to Emelda and Ventura Sanchez in Blythe, California. With Music, Laughter, Art and Love she would guarantee. Food was delicious and you never gained an ounce. She left detailed instructions for her husband Gabe and children to Celebrate her Mission of Love here on Earth has been completed. Low adherence to this instruction she would not tolerate. Also, she would wish that all people that she was blessed to meet, she made an impact with a laugh and smile that will lift your burden of grief. From the Orchards of Morgan Hill and Gilroy, California to the San Joaquin Valley, then Monterey, California to Diamond Head and Waikiki, Hawaii. An accomplished instructor she shared her wisdom of cosmetology, and encouraged entrepreneurship everywhere she lived. She embraced her husband Gabriel’s Military Career and Support, which led her to the opportunities to share what her legacy that she was proud of. Her artistic talents in painting, was honored after her retirement. Melda would like you all to know that her work here is done without vain. She received her call that she could not refuse, for an appointment with a huge sign-on bonus with her Lord above. The reunion of family and friends that she has not seen in a long time is a blessing to her at this time. She is survived by her Husband of 45 years Gabriel Martinez. Her Son: Ventura Martinez, Her Daughter: Christina Martinez. Her Brother's Benny, Johnny Sanchez. Sister's: Lupe De Jesus, Terry Chavez, Marcela Sanchez, Grace Moreno, Isabel Sanchez and Josie Lozano.
