On behalf of the family, I would like to begin by thanking everyone that is here today. Also, we would like to thank those who have sent their condolences. We appreciate all the countless phone calls, texts, flowers, meals, visits and thoughts and prayers. They have both been comforting during this difficult time and have been reminders of the impact that Juan had on so many people. Juan was born on May 15, 1986, in Mexico to Rosa Guevara. He passed unexpectedly on November 17, 2022, at the age of 36 in a tragic car accident. Juan is survived by his mother and two younger siblings Gumaro Jaramillo Jr, Andres Jaramillo, his daughter Mila Guevara, and Nephew Zayden Jaramillo He is predeceased by his daughter Melody Guevara, Grandfather Manuel Jaramillo, and Grandfather Luis Guevara. Juan Luis Jaramillo Guevara was a Roofer for many years and a lifelong resident of Fresno, California. He was a devoted father to his daughter Mila anyone that knew Juan new he was crazy about Mila. She was his everything! Anywhere he went he spoke highly of her and her accomplishments. When it came to any of her sport activities, he would never miss a game, practice, or anything that was affiliated with her athletically. He would always be that girl dad that would be the loudest one in the stand cheering his daughter on. You can say that Mila was Juan’s center of his world. She was best at describing herself not only as his best friend but his partner in crime. Not only that, he was a loving father to his daughter. He also was a loving son to his mother. He was the definition of a mama’s boy. You can say Juan was the man of the house. Not only Juan was a big brother to his younger siblings. He also played a big part as a father figure as well. You can always find the dynamic trio in the backyard BBQ listening to music and cracking jokes on one another. He definitely was the life of the party. Juan was also an uncle to his nephew Zayden Jaramillo. You can always count on him yelling in the stands “Rip their heads off Zayden!” at all of Zayden football games. He was not just a supporting uncle to Zayden but also a great friend and mentor to Zayden. Zayden can always count on his uncle Juan to say yes to him when everyone else would say no. LOL Zayden definitely had his uncle Juan wrap around his little finger. You can speak volumes on how great of a friend Juan was to so many as we sit here today. He was the type of friend that you can call upon and he would not only show up for you. But he would go above and beyond. He would be the friend that would make you laugh whenever you felt down. Or make you laugh for shits and giggles. Even thou you are no longer with us here on earth. Your memory will always be alive. Through all your laughter and love you have left behind. Brother you will be forever missed and loved. May you rest in peace in paradise. God definitely took one of the good ones. As I ended this evening in remembrance of Juan Luis Jaramillo Guevara. I would like to share this poem. You never said I’m leaving, You never said goodbye. You were gone before we knew it, and only God knows why. A million times we need you, a million times we’ve cried. If love alone could of saved you, you never would of died. In this short time we loved you dearly, in death will love you still. In our hearts you’ll hold a piece that NO ONE can ever fill. It breaks our heart to lose you, but I know you didn’t go alone, for a part of me went with you the day GOD called you home.
