In loving memory of Liberty Hope Orpilla Ka who passed away and received her Angel Wings on July 16th, 2022. Liberty was the devoted wife Joseph Ka III and loving mother of Joseph “Bubba” Ka IV and Kekoa Ka. Liberty was a sister, cousin, niece, and friend and will be deeply missed by all who knew her and had the honor being part and were inseparable from that point on. They united their love in marriage and grew their family and had 3 children: Bubba and Kekoa. After Liberty and Joe married and started their family, in San Jose, Mountain House and Lathrop, CA and her life. Liberty was born on August 7, 1975 to her loving parents George and Cynthia Orpilla in Fresno, California and was a blessing from the very beginning. Liberty is survived by her brother Ryan Orpilla. At the age of four, Liberty and her family moved to San Jose, California where she grew up and attended high school at Mount Pleasant High School. After graduating high school, she attended Mission College and received her California Pharmacy Technician Certification. She worked for various CVS locations throughout California. She continued her career at the Nellis AFB Hospital in Las Vegas, Nevada and finally established her dream job at Valley Hospital Medical Center in Las Vegas. It was at this time that liberty met her high school sweetheart Joe. The two fell in love and finally settled their family and Henderson, Nevada. Liberty love spending time with her family and enjoyed going on outdoor adventures such as camping, boating and target shooting. Being a mother was one of the most important parts of Liberty's life, a role that gave her much pride and joy. Bubba and Kekoa were her greatest accomplishments in her life and as their mother her love for them were always at the forefront of everything she did. She was a loving mom; a devoted wife; she had the kindest heart who always cared for others, especially her family. She was funny, witty, and always laughing. Her beautiful smile on her infectious laugh will forever live on in our memories, and we will all miss her dearly. The family requests that all flowers and notes are sent to the Chapel of the Light.
