Ray Corrales born on August 21, 1959 in San Luis Rio Colorado, Mexico to Valentin and Maria de Jesus Corrales passed away on February 15, 2025 at the age of 65 surrounded by his loving family. He is Survived by his loving children: Ruby,Isabel and Raymond Corrales. His pride and joy 6 Grandchildren whom he adored and love dearly. His Brother: Adam Cruz and sisters: Maria Cruz, Lupe Corrales and Lucy Guerra. We gather here today to honor and remember our father, brother, grandfather, cousin, brother in law, father in law, and our tio Ramon—a man who lived life to the fullest, with energy, laughter, and an endless supply of jokes. He had a carefree spirit, and a great judge of character, yet he carried a deep wisdom that, at times, we struggled to understand. But as life has taught us, in the end, we came to realize the truth in his words. Our dad was not always the easiest person to deal with, but one thing was certain—he loved us unconditionally, and always had our best interest in mind. He had a heart of gold. He always encouraged the values of resilience, hard work, and the importance of family. He was a hard working man and was proud every second of it. He taught us to love our family, to care for them, and to never turn our backs on those we love. We will always remember our dad through his jokes, funny stories he would tell, and through the moments of laughter he created. And of course, we remember the stories from his childhood—the stories that had so much meaning within his life. But now, we understand. Now, we see the wisdom in what he was trying to teach us. Thank you, Dad. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to be your children, for giving us the gift of having a father like you. Thank you for your sacrifices, your love, your guidance, and your unwavering strength. Your love shaped us, your wisdom will guide us, and your memory will live in us forever. You are a true warrior. So we ask everyone here today, on our father’s behalf, to be proud, to stand tall, and to know that he will always be in our hearts. Family is all we have—always cherish it, always hold on to it, because that’s what he taught us. Now you can rest dad. We love you….. for ever in our hearts.
