Tom (Tommy) grew up in Fresno, CA with his parents Bill and Stella Aragon and his seven siblings. He attended Edison High School where he participated in Cross Country and Track. He had the honor of holding the Olympic Torch which was one of his proudest personal achievements in life. Tom was a die-hard fan of the Los Angeles Rams and Dodgers. Don’t you dare speak badly about his teams unless you were ready for a quick comeback. Los Angeles was his second home at heart and loved visiting his daughters, the Rams, Dodgers and the Santa Fe Springs Swap Meet Tom was a strong-willed man who stood up for those who needed support. He is survived by his children: Elizabeth Aragon, Tammy Brown, Nancy Aragon, Katherine Aragon, Thomas Aragon Jr., Theodore Aragon, Christina Aragon, Andrea Aragon, Marcella Bittner, Nichole Alexander and Jacob Ramos. His Grandchildren: Athena McCowan, Demetrius McCowan, Jay McCowan, William Brown, Teddy Brown, Amy Brown, Daniel Brown, Mandy Hernandez, Eric Bernal, Ashley Hernandez, Tony Rios, Amber Rios, Kayla Rivera, Miles Rivera, Troy Aragon, James Aragon, Nick Aragon, Charles Aragon, Acantha Ellard, Casarra Aragon, Brittani Henderson, Theodore Aragon, Jacob Ellis, Joseph Perez, Nicholas Perez, Adrian Perez, Alyssa Slack, Tristan Valdivia, Trinity Valdivia, Noah Valdivia, Beau Bittner, Thomas Alexander and Rinoa Alexander. His Great Grandchildren: Amari Ellard, Saxton McCowan, Leila McCowan, Mateo McCowan, Cali McCowan, Zionah McCowan, Macabee McCowan, Atreyu Harshaw, Malachi Harshaw, Alysa Hernandez, Jessie Hernandez, Rylan Hernandez, Harlow Henderson, Hendrix Henderson, and Kaia Slack. If you met Tom, you know there was never a dull moment between his sense of humor and quick wit. Most of all he had a big heart. He will forever live through his family’s memories. Visitation will be at Chapel of the Light Funeral Home on Wednesday, August 28, 2024 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Recitation of the Holy Rosary will follow commencing at 7:00 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Saint Mary Queen of the Apostles Catholic Church on Thursday, August 29, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. Interment Mountain View Cemetery. Following Services, a Celebration of Life Potluck will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Frazier Gardens & Clubhouse, 1745 N. Cornelia Avenue (McKinley Avenue & Cornelia Avenue), Fresno, CA 93722.
