In Loving Memory of Victor Manuel Noriega Sunrise March 15, 1963 Sunset July 9, 2023 Victor Manuel Noriega was born March 15, 1963 in Chicago, Illinois to MaryLou Sandoval and Antonio Manuel Noriega. Victor is the second youngest of 9 siblings, Timmy, Silvia, Irene, Yolanda, Antonio(Tony), Nellie, Rose, Stella and Linda. As a young boy Victor loved to play games and be in the snow with his siblings, Victor would be so engaged in wanting to learn so many things. At a very young age he showed his interest to be in the books. He enjoyed math, reading, writing and talking(to much). His favorite subject would definitely be math, he was the smart one out the bunch. Victor and his family moved to California when he was about 6 years old. There his mother would meet his step dad Sabas, and they settled in the San Jaquin area in a small part called Three Rocks. After beginning high school, he then decided that he would take up painting houses and construction for a living. At the age of 19 Victor meet Eleanore and had his first son Victor Gabriel. He later shared 5 children with ex-wife of 25 years Cathy Noriega. Victor’s current life partner till the day he departed from earth was Maureen Chaveria. In 2012 Victor went to Fresno City college where he finally decided to complete his education and received his GED. Victor was a hard working man and a Jack of all trades, he could almost do just about anything or at least give it a try. He was always on the move, from fixing something, cleaning something up or just helping out in some way, he was just an amazing person with a huge heart. Victor loved being with his family and was as some call it, the life of the party. He enjoyed time listening to his favorite artist such as Tupac, Keith Sweat, Ramon Ayala just to name a few. He loved his animals and collected different bikes, such as his beach cruisers and low riders, including a special candy apple red one. Victor knew so many people across California and was well known as “Yacky” he enjoyed cruising all around the streets of Fresno where he engaged is many conversations and visited many friends and family members. Victor was the type of person who no matter how upset he would make you or bother the heck out of you, you just couldn’t stay upset or not say something to him, you couldn’t help but love him. His energy, his smile, his hugs, his advice, his stories, his conversations, his voice, even the scratchy one that he developed over the last couple of years(laugh). His presence in all, from time to time. On July 9, 2023 Victor was called home to be with the lord and to reunite with his Mother(Mary Lou) whom he adored so very much. He will be deeply missed and never forgotten. Victor is proceeded in death by his mother Marylou S. Uribe and his father Antonio Noriega and step father Sabas Uribe. Brothers, Timmy and Tony. Son N Law, Bernardo Valdez, Nephews, Victor Becceril aka “Shrimpo” and Armando Felix. He is survived and leaves his legacy to be carried on by his two sons Victor Gabriel Becceril and Victor Murray(Zenia Murray). His four daughters Jessica Medina, Victoria Noriega(DeVille Anderson), Vanessa Noriega(Martin Garcia) and Jasmine Noriega. Sisters, Yolanda, Silvia, Nellie, Irene, Rose, Stella and Linda. 31 grandchildren, 1 great-grandson, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and friends whom he all loved and will continue to reminisce on all the great moments and memories we shared with him.
