She attended Fresno City College, where she studied secretarial science and administrative assistance. They were married in August of 1991, and after moving to Bartlesville, Oklahoma, they welcomed their daughter Katrina in 1997. She is survived by her daughter and husband, as well as her brothers Albert Solis and Guadalupe Solis, her sisters Margaret Herrera, Juanita Sandoval, Linda Rodriguez, and Sylvia Guerrero, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. An outgoing, courageous, strong, and immensely kind woman, Dora was a friend to all and never knew a stranger. She dedicated her life to showing God’s love to all no matter where she went. An avid gardener, church-goer, garage-sale-er, and choir mom, she made sure that she was involved in her family and community in as many ways as she could be. She loved her friends and family fiercely; there was nothing more important to her than spending time with her loved ones.
