Ray Rendon

Ray Rendon, a devoted husband, loving father, grandfather and brother, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family on July 12, 2020 in Fresno, California at the age of 63. Ray was born in Harlingen, Texas to Adolfo Rendon and Leonor (Sauceda) Rendon on May 13, 1957. He was one of many siblings that were to flourish within the Rendon Family. Ray worked as a production worker for over 35 years. He is preceded in death by his parents, Adolfo and Leonor Rendon; and by his siblings, Irma Rendon, Raul Rendon, Federico Rendon, and Roy Rendon. Ray will be missed by his devoted wife, Olivia Rendon; their children Ray Rendon Jr. and his wife Claudia, Beatrice Rendon Santana and her husband Saul, Philip Rendon and his partners Ray Quenga and Robert Lomeli, Daniel Rendon and his wife Jaclynn and Anthony Rendon and his wife Rachelle; he also leaves behind his 13 beloved grandchildren; and his siblings Ninfa Torres, Minerva Rodriguez, Edwardo Rendon, Virgie Hernandez, Rick Rendon, Norma Laygo, Viola Saldana, Jennie Romero and Joyce Sauceda and countless nieces and nephews and extended family members. Visitation will be held at Chapel of the Light Funeral Home on Thursday, July 16, 2020 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. A vigil service will follow at 7:00 p.m. A Funeral Liturgy will be held at Chapel of the Light Funeral Home on Friday, July 17, 2020 at 12:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Belmont Memorial Park.
