Consorcia “Connie” Anunciacion, 86 years old, of Boot Tanauan Batangas, Philippines joined our creator on October 28, 2022, after two cardio-respiratory arrest. Connie was born on June 22, 1936, to Leonida and Vicente Carandang in Boot, Tanauan Batangas. She considered Boot as her hometown and felt strongly connected to her roots. She went to school in Boot. Because of the family’s financial situation, Connie stopped her studies after graduating from Elementary. At early age, Connie started working in a different factory as an operator in the production line. Connie lit up any room she entered and made an impact on so many people. She was a joyful presence with her nice and colorful clothes, beautiful hair, creative fashion choices and a bubbly personality. She loved her family and friends and filled her home with warmth and kindness. We will miss her greatly. In 1962, Connie met her loving husband, Pedro, and they were married in 1964. They gave birth to their three adorable, happy and incredibly active children, Ruel, Gemma and Nida. This allowed Connie to accomplish what she wanted in life – to love, to be loved, and to have a family of her own. She was amazingly in love with Pedro, Ruel, Gemma and Nida. Pedro unfortunately passed away when her youngest daughter Nida was just a year old. Connie struggle in the beginning on raising alone her children. With the love, graces and guidance from God, Connie was able to acquire Agricultural land and started her own business in farming and livestock. Connie’s unexceptional hard work and perseverance, she was able to provide her children shelter, food and good education. Ruel completed vocational courses, while Gemma and Nida achieved both their respective diplomas in medical field as Registered Nurse. Connie was happy to see her children to have their own beautiful family. Family was important for her. Connie’s perseverance, hard work, care and love to her family were greatly appreciated by her children and will surely be pass on to their loved ones. Connie had incredible love for her son and daughters, nephews and nieces, and grandchildren. Connie excelled in propping her family and friends and supporting them through the many passions and difficulties of their lives. Whether that was a childhood friend through healthy relationships, she made her mission to enrich and improve the lives of others. We are truly adoring her great compassion in helping others. Connie was preceded in death by her husband Pedro, her parents, Leonida and Vicente, sister Ising and her brothers Bote, Tino, and Cayet. She is survived by her son Ruel, her two daughters Gemma and Nida, her sisters Epay, Auring and Lily, her grandchildren Roseann, Joshua, Caroline, David, CJ, Peter, Angelo, and a host of cousins, nieces and nephews in the Philippines and United States. There will be a viewing at 1pm to 9pm on Friday, November 11, 2022, at Chapel of the Light Funeral Home at 1620 West Belmont Avenue, Fresno, CA 93728. We will be receiving family, relatives and friends and pray the rosary at 6pm. Food and snacks are available in Chapel’s pantry. The funeral service will be at 10:30 am at Our Lady of Victory, 2838 N. West Avenue, Fresno CA, 93705. The information for the cremation will be announced after the funeral service.
