Vicky Seib Behm, 95, of San Diego, passed away peacefully on November 3, 2021 . Vicky was born in Stratford, California to parents John & Frances Victoria. Her family included brother, John Victoria and sisters, Mary Molatore and Lena DeBrum. Vicky graduated from Lemoore High School, lettering in basketball. She relocated to Fresno and attended Fresno City College to become a gym teacher. After college, she met and married the first love of her life, Elmer Seib, while working at Pacific Telephone in their Accounting Department. She took a break from working to raise Patti & Marty Seib. Her life took a drastic change when Elmer passed suddenly in 1963. Her life turned for the better when she met and married Victor Behm. The family lovingly expanded to include Vic’s two kids, Judy and Vic Behm. There, she was a long-time resident of the Pinehurst community. Victor passed away in 1986 after a long illness. Vicky continued working at San Jose Unified School District both in the cafeteria and later, assisting the school nurse. She retired from the school district at the age of 70. Vicky relocated to San Diego to be closer to family. She continued to enjoy an active social life. Her fondest times were spent entertaining and hosting her many family and friends. Her hobbies included cooking, gardening, Tai Chi, and Red Hat gatherings. As a lover of life, Vicky treasured all with whom she came in contact. She devoted her life to being a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, aunt, neighbor & friend. Vicky “Grandy” is preceded in death by two loving husbands, Elmer Seib & Victor Behm and two sons, Marty Seib & Vic Behm . Grateful for having shared her life are her family: Judy Dodd, Pat Behm, Patti & Joe Perna and Barbara & Robert McLeod, six grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, and six great-great grandchildren. The family would like to thank all for their outpouring of love, support and comfort provided to Vicky and her family during her lifetime. Her laughter, strong will and enthusiasm for life will be missed. A Graveside Liturgy will be held at Fresno Memorial Gardens on Friday, December 3, 2021 at 10:30 a.m. Vicky will be interred next to Elmer Seib.
